I was wondering if there was a way to tell if I would go down in bra size? I need to lose close to 40 lbs because I want to be healthier (and 40 lbs down is a healty range for me).

Anyway, I already have smallish breasts (I'm wearing a 36 B at the moment, although according to my measurements I should be wearing an A cup...) but I was wondering if losing all that weight would have me wearing an even smaller size? Do women go down in cup sizes for every few lbs (example: 15 lbs down they go down a size)?

It might, you really won't know until you lose weight.

I didn't lose any in the breast when I lost weight, and I know some have gained a cup size when losing weight.

All depends on how much fatty versus dense breast tissue is in your breasts.

most are on the hips
theres no set ratio tho
if your bmi is too high
