My neighbor goes to a nearby city to buy Viagra for her husband who cannot perform. He is 20 years older than her. She is overweight with long frizzy hair, flab, cellulite and rotten teeth. Should I suggest she save her money and reveal the source for her husband's non-performance? Or, should I stay out of it?

I'm assuming that since you know she buys him Viagra that she discusses her sex life openly with you. How do you tell someone hey, YOU are the reason your man can't get it up. Stay out of it. I mean what's the point? Let her waste her money and think it's a medical problem if it makes her happy in the sack. Don't voluntarilly tell her that it might be that her husband isn't attracted to her. Who knows, the guy could possibly have a problem. HOWEVER.......if she asks you anything implying that maybe it could be her looks, I would say to answer her as honestly but sensitively as possible. I'm a firm believe in "If you're not ready for the answer then don't ask the question". So if she's ready to ask that question....then giver her the answer : )

No. You need to keep in mind that people do not loose their sexually when they age. At least they are having a good sex life. You should be happy for them. Also, keep in mind that some people are completely turned on by they type you just described. I sure am! If you told me that I should get rid of my 6' 4" 400 pound wife for a more normal sized lover I would be pissed and probably never talk to you again. Live and let live.

Do what your gut tells you to do. But if she is just a neighbor, and not a friend of yours why bust her bubble. She is happy, so what's the problem?
If you don't know her very well, it might end up back firing on you. So think about it before you go with your gut feeling.
You might also think about why it disturbes you that she is purchasing it for her husband. Do you have any ulterior motives?

Your neighbors business is none of yours and, you should stay out of it. Although, she is going to eventually kill him. Someone should tell her she could eventually give him a heart attack.
After your explanation of her looks I can see why she gives it to him but, still, it's none of your business.
