Super gluing your toes together is not a good idea. That will not improve your stroke but will impede your progress because your balance will be completely skewed. Also it will damage the integrity of your skin.

Minimal speed would come from gluing your toes together. You still have to point your feet/toes for proper form, which brings your toes together naturally.

If you want a reminder, start wearing pantyhose to your practices, under your suit. That'll keep your toes together, especially if the pantyhose are too tight.

Why would you superglue your toes? That just doesn't make sense to me..sorry.
