Morning you!
Do you know what I think? We should all stop talking about them now...and I don't mean that in a "Leave them alone don't be mean" sort of way, I mean it in a "They not worth our time and trouble and from now on we should only talk about Madeleine because she's the ONLY one that matters" sort of way. A boycott, if you like. Stop discussing them, stop watching them, stop reading about them. We'll know soon enough if Madeleine is found because it will still be a headline. But I don't think we should give those selfish half-wits one more thought. They're sure as hell not worth arguing over.
As for you, Saturn or whatever, you sure you're not Gerry Bruckheimer...sorry...Gerry McCann in disguise? You say Dave's got an unhealthy obssession with them, yours isn't much better from where I'm sitting, mate.
The other band you're thinking of was Guns N Roses, Curlynurse.
Ahwell, it's not normal to hate people who endanger the lives of children then make it all about them when something does go wrong? Is it nice on your planet, Deary?

How can anybody call a search for a missing child 'p***ing money up the wall'? If it was my child - god forbid - I would never stop, I would search and search until the day I died. I'd want every person in the world to know her name and description by heart. I'd walk round the world if it meant increasing my chance of finding her. People have chosen to donate money to the McCann's fund. Personally I think that is wonderful - people have so much compasion. Ok, it's probably more sensible to send the money to the children in Africa that you've referred to - but let's face it - what is happening to Madeline, or what has happened to Madeline is horrific and she is a 4 year old little girl. Regardless of her parents social, financial, or moral status, she is 4 years old and needs to be at home with her family - safe. My daughter is 4 years old and has not a care in the world - that's how Madeline should be. Maybe people who post things like this on the internet should be more aware of the child behind the campaign - and stop this bitter nonsence about money. The McCann's made a mistake - a mistake that many parents make and don't fortunately end up in this situation. Let's stop blaming them and pray for this little girl - and others like her - who are vicitim to sickos who pray on our children, making their lives unsafe. Maybe if we concentrate more on stopping the abductors and peado's and less on slating two parents living a nightmare - the world would be a better place.

You should see a psychiatrist
Your anti Mc Cann comment is based on envy perhaps inferiority is a better word, just shows don't be smart and attractive and have a misfortune for if you do envious worms will come out from under the stones and make cynical comments
Look ! They made a mistake, they thought the kids were safe , that area is normally safe. The media circus took off and what do you expect them to do tell the media to stop? The media may even find Madeline it is just possible. They went to see the Pope as Catholics would, these people would rather have the girl back than anything, Pope visit. Private flight publicity anything and I repeat anyone who thinks otherwise should be ashamed. I also repeat, some of the comments are plain sick and envious or both

II wonder why Morocco wasn't the first place to visit after the possible sighting of Madeleine, instead of the visits to the UK & the pope. I know they're catholic and maybe get some comfort through visiting the pope, but surely the pope would come last, after visiting Morocco (with a possible sighting)and searching far and wide - leaving "no stone unturned" after all this is maybe time to seek personal solace.

We do sound like broken record. As much as i feel for the anguish anyone who loves & cares for Maddie is going thru' & while such songs may keep her memory fresh in the minds & hearts of the public, doorknocking is surely more constructive. A good question would be whether Maddie's family are doorknocking as well?

The are very good at delegating but not doing anything constructive themselves... Not as if they're running up & down hillsides searching for their daughter is it..? No no, just timing each others run!!! But expect everybody else to take time off work to search / worry & think about nothing but them & their plight
and guess what - we are!
I pray Madeleine is found safe & sound I dread to think what fate had in wait for her.
BUT As from today I am going on a McCann switch off, I've had enough. This is my final post about them.
Sorry but this brainwashing has to cease. I'm done.

My, you're a tough crowd...!
While I think the McCanns behaved terribly by leaving their children in harms way in that apartment, I can appreciate what they're trying to do now. They're reasoning - correctly perhaps - that if only they can get international coverage, then if Madeleine has been passed on as part of an adoption ring, her new 'family' will realise who she is, and endeavour to put things right.
That's why they're meeting the Pope and making videos etc - not for fun. They're understandably DESPERATE to keep their daughter's name in the spotlight - because once the media attention fades, there's less chance of someone recognising her.

i think this whole thing is sick, the media is making my blood boil with their idolising of 2 so called parents who thinks it is ok to leave 3 children under the age of 4 alone and go out and enjoy themselves. was it not only in febuary that 2 children were killed in their hotel room due to carbon monoxide poisioning, did these selfish parents never once stop to think about the danger they were placing their children in by doing this and i dont just mean because of what has happened what about the fact that any child could have fallen out of bed , had a bad dream etc the list goes on. how must other parents feel whose children have gone missing through no fault of their own and are struggling to find them and these idiot parents seem to have every possible help at their disposal including private jets and to top it all of now a meeting with the pope talk about rub your nose in it, and yet the media seem to not care about the reason behind this poor little girl being placed in this awful position, which is plain and simple, negligent, selfish, irresponsible , ignorant parents who were more concerned with having tapas then looking after their children. i just hope that when it comes to their jugement day and they have to stand before their maker they have got a damm good reason for doing it and i hope he sends the pair of them to hell.

Don't worry - after the Pope's had a word with Him upstairs it will all be sorted out in a flash if lightning.
Of course, on the other hand, if the meeting with the Pope shows no results, what excuse are the religious ones going to come up with this time - SURELY it can't be God's will to keep hiding that child......! ! !

how come they are doing a tour all over different countries to do a campaign. What a way for a free holiday.
The best way to spread the news is the media, already done,so why do they have to go on the money that`s been donated..?.........starting to smell something fishy, and I`m not talking about the girlfriends apple crumble..!
