The line is crossed when there is a reasonable expectation of sex for money.

Escorts In California

The reason escort agencies are legal is that you aren't hiring someone for sex. You are hiring company. You could, in theory, actually just have your escort as company for dinner, going to the theatre or whatever. Some people actually do that, getting their escorts through the better class of agency. What you do in private is a matter between you and the escort, not the agency.

I believe escorts are legal as long as officially all the service does is offer companionship and nothing else, ...then it is legal, the only thing is that many "escort services" are usually cover labels for prostitution services, which is illegal.

And in my opinion, today there are many many....many opportunities for women to make it big, or at least nicely in our country other than having to use their bodies as a pieces of meat for men.

...just my opinion.

You cross the line when you engage in physical contact; then, it becomes prostititution.
