Many of the ones that are common now - theft, murder, assault..

I would guess stealing food. Most everything was owned by the landlord and was under his/her care and to eat anything at all was against the law. The youngest person to hang was a young boy thirteen for stealing bread. The hangman had to jump on his legs to stop his suffering and snap his neck

Theft, murder, prostitution... Heresy against the church.

Pretty much the same "crimes" people commit now... just no one care about the heresy any more.
