Study at the same time each day, whether right after you get home from school, after dinner, or some other time during the day when you are free. The important thing is to stick to the schedule and let nothing distract you. Since Chemistry is your most difficult subject STUDY IT FIRST. Leave the easier stuff for last, when you're not so tired. Also, ask the teacher for after-school help. Many times the teacher will emphasize the aspects of the course that will show up in the next test. Most teachers are glad to help their students. You can also study with a classmate who is good in the subject, maybe in exchange for helping him/her with a subject YOU'RE good at.

The key is starting early, and not waiting until late in the evening (or the morning it is due!) to get started. Perhaps you can find a way to finish part of your studies before you have your dinner (then you can use dinner as your 'reward'), and then maybe have another study period after dinner and have leisure time (TV-watching, internet) as a reward.

Get started, make a specific plan and make a very real effort to adhere to your plan for several weeks. After the habit has been developed, it will be quite easy to stick to it. And, when the improved grades start coming in, you'll have a whole new set of rewards for your efforts.

Less TV and entertainment! Focus on your study, especially subject(s) that u are weak in. Homework acts as a media that shows your progress towards the particular subject. Why don't you study Chemistry and then do the practices regarding Chemistry after finish revising? FYI, PRACTICE MAKES PERFECT!
