b that depends
c. supposedly but not entirely accurate, but usually thought of as identical. Theoretically true.
d. a possibility, depending on the events that occur during the cell cycle.

Yep its C and true.
mitosis gives genetically identical, it is meiosis that would be genetically different, Important to know the difference between the two.
eggs and sperm have half as many chromosomes as when they join together they then have the right amount again. Otherwise the amount of chromosomes would continously be increasing. It is kept constant per species throughout the generations.
