How does that old song go? ".....pick Yourself up, brush Yourself off, and start all over again...." A nice philosophy.

U r right . At one time or other everybody will face such a situation which really tests the courage of a person. Above all life is a battle field and u cannot sit in the middle worrying for something u lost. Gather all u r hope and start building from first stone onwards once again.

It's sorta like humans are an avalanche of rocks tumbling down a mountain slope, OK? Some rocks, for a variety of reasons, just stop along the way and sit there. Some rocks keep moving but crash into every single tree and rock and raccoon there seems to be all the way down the slope. Then, there's the rocks that, mostly out of plain happenchance, tumble gracefully all the way down, or most of the way down, without ever crashing into anything at all. Just luck. Now, let's define, from your question, "failure" as those rocks that just stop along the way. And, let's define "success" as all those rocks that tumble all the way down the slope, smacking into things along the way or not. You are "successful" in life in just the way you started your question . . ."What is your next MOVE . . ." You are a tumbler. That's good. As for happenchance or good/bad luck in what you smack into along the way, it is human arrogance and medieval ignorance to presume for one single moment that we are in any way whatsoever in control of that journey down that slope. You just tumble, hope for the best, learn to duck, try to get some spin and loft . . .but, whatever you do, you keep moving. THAT'S success.

OK.
I know that things like "Life is full of these" or "Forget about it get up." are no good.
Many people - like me- have the same feelings.
You can not forget about them. You may not neglect all of these. After all you have made so much efforts to get them.
But fight your way through!
Yes first rest a bit. try to recover. When you are ready go for easier to achieve goals.
This is what may make you feel better. Focus on new works and you'll feel better.

If your goals are realistic, but you aren't getting there, try observing or studying people who have succeeded in the task and model your behavior after theirs. You are missing something - either choosing things that are not realistic to begin with, not preparing adequately, or not knowing what you need to do. By watching what other people do who are successful, you can learn new approaches.

If you really think that you've always failed I would think that maybe you need to think about the things that you've trying to accomplish. Maybe you're trying to accomplish things that you aren't prepared for. The best preparation for life is preparing. Sometimes you need to reassess your education level and what you wish to do with your life. Find something that you really like and find out what you need to do be become successful at it. Life isn't handed to anyone on a silver platter and even those who think so don't do well if they don't prepare themselves.

Good question. Wish I knew as well. Maybe do what George did on that one Seinfeld episode, where he did everything opposite of what he normally would do. You know, zig this time instead of zag.
