Yes, only once... Our 2 week honeymoon at the all inclusive Grand Xcaret by Occidental in the Mayan Riviera, Mexico. There was ocean, white sand beaches, the pina coladas never stopped flowing, we took walks through the jungle, we climbed the pyramid at Chichenltza, snorkeled in coral reef, experienced a modern day Mayan village, spent a day/night in Cancun to shop and check out the night scene, and the rest I will leave to the imagination. It was definitely heaven... all except for the Montezuma's revenge that decided to creep up on me day 10 from drinking tap water when I brushed my teeth! :)

I felt that i was dead when i was deep in sleep some time back but not that i went to heaven but was completely dead only
