One of my top one's would be people who stop in the middle of the grocery aisle and aren't paying attention that they are in the way of other's passing or drivers who don't signal that they are making a turn.

People that have horrible, bratty children that do no wrong and everything the lil punks do is considered cute. Im not sure which is worse the parent or the brat.

Cellphones. I hate having to listen to people talk on their cell phones in restaurants and stores. Especially on the wireless ear pieces and you never know if they are talking to you or on their phone.

I agree with you and most everyone else's answers so far. (Most of them, not all...)
I would add that I get annoyed when I'm talking to someone on the phone and they just start talking to someone else without telling you first!

i hate the sound of an alarm clock, the phone ringing, and the absolute worst of ALL is a baby crying. damn thaoe babies crying is SOO irritating. i hate it
