Being German doesn't really have anything to do with your penis size. It depends on genetics and nutrition. If your dad is big, chances are, you will be too. It sounds like you're coming along in puberty. Penis size usually starts to increase a year or two after puberty begins. Just so you know, your penis has grown because the size of a child's penis is less than 4 inches. The average for a 13 year old is 5.1 inches. The penis grows very rapidly between 12 and 14, so you still have a lot of growing left to do. Just don't worry and let nature take it's course.

In most cases, size is not the issue -- how well you use it is. I wouldn't worry about your size especially if you're not even done with puberty yet. German blood is generally associated with shorter, but fatter, but this is not a bad thing - it is nature.

Average erect is 5.1 to 6.2 inches. Puberty ends between 16 and 21. You will be average soon. Don't worry about it.

You are ok, in spite of being 100% German (thank God you are not 100% cotton!!!). Confidence makes people big - big is a mindset/psychological aspect, than anything tangible. In your case the same confidence would work though its tangible. Scientifically what you have is perfect to do what it should. Be confident and happy.

It's not the size the matters, it's the motion in the ocean.
If your in puberty let it go it'll grow, don't worry about it.

Let me put it in perspective. You are 13 and your are 4.5" long. I', twice your age and I'm 4.5" long. At your age 4.5" is good, but at mine it's not so good.

The fact that you are German has no effect on your penis size.
Your penis is typical size for your age.
