occasionally i get too busy and forget to take my birth control but will take it the next morning. [my normal time is around ten at night] can this cause me to get my period early? because two days ago i forgot to take it and now i have my period.

and what if a day before i missed it i had unprotected sex? will i still be protected because i was scheduled until the next day? and since i got my period does that mean im not?

If you miss a pill by that much and are sexually active YES it is bad.
Set your alarm on your phone or watch and take it when it goes off.

It could cause an early period and obviously pregnancy. It is perfectly safe to double your dose if you miss a day though. For example, if you miss Monday, you can take 2 pills on Tuesday.

I am not sure if it causes a period to come early, but it definitely can cause you to get pregnant if you're having sex. Make sure to use a second method of protection until you're back on a set schedule.

it can cause you to be pregnant and it can make your period come if you forget a pill your body thinks its time to shed blood. get yourself going, take your pill when you get up in the morning, along with brushing your teeth,
