The online trading portal offered by Religare Securties Limited is very cost effective for Equity Trading. I understand that the portal offered by 5 paise.com is also very good.
The common thing among these two is the software employed by both of them 'DIET-ODIN' is very user friendly. We can view more than 20 scrips on the screen and trade comfortably on line.

By cost effective, I understand
Less cost + Good Quality.
I can suggest www.icicidirect.com, where quality & reliability of service is excellent, though price may seem to be a bit high.
Through icicidirect.com, you can get a 3-in-1 account, i.e., Trading+Demat+Savings all interconnected.
Above all, the website design is excellent. It's very user friendly.

You can't succed in binary trading without a strategy, a good method to follow and some kind of software support. They program I use is called "Autobinary signals". It helps finding loopholes for guaranteed returns. It's very easy to use and I'm earning good money. You find all the details on this site: http://tradingsignal.toptips.org
