I'd answer "cheeseburgers". It might not be the answer they are really looking for but a little humor goes along way. Then you could says something like my weakness is trying to be funny when i'm really not.

traditionally they ask this to get you to expose a real weakness: for example, you say "I am always late, but I will work overtime" Instead they say to turn it around to a positive. Well, this rule has been out so long, people know what you are doing. Just say this. It works everytime/ I once was not that experienced with (a,b,c..u fill in the blank) but now with training and experience I have mastered it.

Say something about your work habits, ie get too focused on one task. Always counter with the fact you are aware of this and have found away to correct the problem by setting yourself a time limit.
The idea is that you can always do better if given more time, but given time restraints, you produce the best solution/design possible.

Turn it into a positive! They are looking for reasons not to hire you.
Like you could say something like:
"Well, I am just never satisfed with what I already know. I am just always reading and trying to improve my skills on the nursing unit."
So that REALLY is a positive, but you just said it was a weakness, and they will love it.

Say that your weaknesses are only your strengths on overdrive.
For example, you are detail-oriented, and you can become compulsive on rare occasions, like when a deadline is coming up and you need to produce a lot of work quickly.
In other words, don't really admit any weaknesses.

I once said I was lazy. I said that I was always looking for ways to make my job easier, but I also said that I had to do it right because I was too lazy to want to do it over again. I got the job.

Turn a negative into a positive.
I am very matriculate, but that is a plus because it makes me careful.
