A - The assumption of an alternative is intrinsic to the experimental process

B - That is the point of a control. If two or more variables are permitted it is impossible to ascertain which variable caused a different result.

C - Plants grow. Herbivores eat more than one plant. Carnivores eat more than one herbivore. The energy density increases at each level.

How about instead of someone doing your homework for you, you actually read your textbook (which I assume is covered in dust due to lack of usage) which should have the answers.
