how about
' was the choice to use such a weapon significant enough that it shouldn't have been limited to the president? was it a big enough change in the status quo that it should have been considered by the congress, or the judicial branch?'
the choice to kill that many must have been an insanely heavy load, and sharing the burden of saying yes might have given him support.

why did they choose to use my hometown of tonawanda ny to use for the manhattan project. lots of cancer there now. how did they choose that town and why? good luck
