I was discussing Smirnoff Ice and other malt beverages at the Memorial Day BBQ this afternoon when my mother told my sister to bring a bunch of booze to her next party so that everyone could get hammered. Strange, or is it just me?

No, it's cool your mom can be a little relaxed around you and your sis.

Haha! I refer to alcohol as booze and I'm only 26. Lighten up for crying out loud. If she wants to get hammered, let her. Just make sure she's responsible about it. =)

Strange but funny.
My mom has never said the word 'booze' around me. I don't even think she says 'alcohol' or 'liquor', she just mentions 'wine' or 'Baileys' sometimes. My mom barely drinks.

Yeah, very strange. I thought mommies were proper. I guess I lived a sheltered life.
