I don't think so.The bottom line is if a man will think with his "lower head" most of the tme he thinks with it all the time. Not all guys are like that though.Yes, they tend to think of sex more often than not but to say he only uses the head on his shoulders when he's incapable of sexual activity is a little overstated

Well the sad truth is that God only gave us enough blood to run one component at a time, so when little head inflates, he's in charge.
