The jets are part of the carburator. On many small engines these days they are not adjustable. In any case, if you fiddle with them your mower will likely NOT run afterward.

Best leave it to a pro.

The jets in a carburator meter the fuel that goes into the engine. On most newer lawnmowers the only thing that you can do with the jets are clean them. Most are a standard size or fixed into the carb.

ON the old lawmowers there used to be two Jets on the carb, but then thre Pulsa Caburetir came out and that elliminated having Jets at all.

Tecumseh still believes in a lean running machine so their new carbs carry two Jets.
Briggs & Stratton on the other hand is battling to keep a lean running machine because Tecumseh believes in having Jets on a carb.

Just take a look at your carburetor and see if you have a Jet screw . You should have one on the bottm of thre bowl if it's a Tecumseh Engine.
