What has any believer in Mohammadism ever done to benifit mankind. Arts, science, music, medicine?

The radicals are desructive. I can't believe that mothers want ther sons to destroy other people, I can't believe that fathers want their sons to die. It's difficult for me to understand people not wantng the freedoms that we enjoy in the States. Please help me understand. The "cradle of civilization" seems very uncivilized right now. OK, We are the invaders, why is there no help to get out.

Do a little research and you will be astounded by the contributions of Islam to the arts and medicine. There are many websites and many books that will give you this information. Iraq's heritage has been wiped out by the US invasion. Go and read about the destruction and the looting of their museums. The Americans did nothing to protect these buildings. From what I understand, suicide is very specifically forbidden by the Quaran so I am not going to venture an answer for you on that. Some people will tell you that life in Iraq and Palestine is so bad and the people feel so hopeless that the only means for them to fight back against whom they view as oppressors is to strap a bomb on their back.

rumplemeb says Islam has done absolutely nothing to benefit mankind and that is common knowledge. I say rumplemeb knows ABSOLUTELY NOTHING and he should go to a library and read up on the contributions of the Islam culture and religion to art and science.

Well, you could make an argument to their contributions to science and mathematics during the middle ages. I’m sure people will toss out Algebra or “0” as examples.

However, Algebra was an invention of the Greeks/Egyptians and “0” comes from the Hindu. In reality they acquired “their” knowledge via conquest (especially in India), and slaughtered the people who had actually created it, effectively setting humanity back many generations. When they were no longer able to conquer other people... “Their” contributions to science completely vanished.

In the present time, there is no arguments to support them contributing anything.

I guess Classical Greece and Rome, or Ancient Egypt weren't civilized in Pablo's books.

You would be surprised. They are the beginning of civilization. They developed language, law, refined culture. poetry. Arts. Sciences. They are the oldest cultures in the world and resent taking the values of America. They resent our help. Medicine would benefit to the advancements in treating decease. If the home grown radicals we have here in the USA had 2,000 years maybe you would be speaking different words. I have respect for their culture. The US has be given a slanted and spun story for our administrations goals to stop foreign aggression. We have no understanding of the Muslims that hate and would kill us. We have no reason not to fear. Who do we trust? Trust the government that takes care of their own. Trust the government that has a strong economy and a strong domestic policy.
