It mostly depends on what type of laptop you are using. If you are using a old laptop with windows Software, its bound to be slow. If its one of the newer ones, its less likely to not freeze up.

Hell yes any Laptop can freeze.

First of all check for Virus's and trojans using an antivirus scanner.

Check your hard drives are ok. using Scandisk, under the tools section in Windows Explorer.

Then check your applications maybe its a certain application that's freezing your PC
