either go good with a tan, but green's my fav. color, so wear that one.

From a girl to girl perspective, I think that the emerald green bikini would go well with your tan and the blonde streaks. The purple would look nice as well, however the green contrasts the highlights, and compliments the tan.

I would go with the emerald green because it would compliment your dark completion and your light coloured hair.
The purple would make your hair look washed out.
And it may give your skin a pale appearance.
Green is also an IN color right now so you would be keeping up with the trend!

Both are good colors, but I with your coloring I would go for the emerald green. Another reason I would suggest this color is that it is kind of unique and not every other girl would be wearing your suit.

I think you need to model them first...I'll probably choose the emerald green cuz its a cool color...what color r ur eyes? light Green contacts would be awesome with it...But I'm a guy and obviously would like your b-day suit best..:)

Well, being a blonde myself, I'd go with the emerald. Emerald looks great with the blond streaks. :-)
