During the free workshop, they tell you we just need to pay $3,000 and we'll learn everything that we need to know to become millionaires but at the actual training, they teach you only a little bit & try to convince you that to really learn everything, we need to pay additional $10,000 to $20,000 for additional training and materials. I felt like it was a bait & switch scheme. I just didn't say anything because I know I cannot verbally win a professional sales people like that. Besides, I enrolled thinking even it was a scam, I'll just think of it as a donation to some charity so that it won't hurt my feeling too much. And by the way, I've tried to apply their technique for past month and a half and it doesn't work! They basically teach us to go after a deal which doesn't exist in California.

Hi I am an agent and I agree that they do paint to rosy a picture however it does work but in some areas, like you said, its near impossible to get deals that work the way he says. For example, good luck getting anything like that in New York or California or Seattle. Usually the places with the lowest values you can get deals like that to work.
