Behold the power of cheese.
Cheese is gouda. I cheddar at the thought of losing cheese in my life. Some people just don't give Jack about cheese, but I swiss I could have it every day. I live and brie it! Without it...... I'm like a muenster. To be honest....... not liking cheese is just plain ole.... un - American!
(was that cheesey enough for ya. *wink*)

Allow me to whey in on a subject that I am fondue of. I am of Swiss descent and cheese is a holely topic to me. Anyway you slice it, I just melt inside when I think of it. I would not be able to hold down the roquefort without it. There is nothing better than big thick chunk of limburger in paradise, washed down with an ice cold beer. Good God almighty, which way do I go for my limburger in paradise? Cheese has made me a more cultured individual. Without cheese my cheese and ham sandwich would be just....well ham. I have just skimmed over the subject, but but the powers that brie want me off the computer to run an errand. I am not the big cheese afterall.

There's always tons of it at my house:
Lorraine Swiss
Provolone
Mozzarella
White American
Gouda
Aged Reserve Cheddar (there is something about 2 year old cheddar that goes beyond sublime)
