If you're cold, then raise the temperature a few degrees. If other people are involved, ask them how comfortable they are. If everyone else is fine, then put on a sweater or another quilt, and you may need to go to the doctor and get checked out. good luck.

You may be consuming too much caffenie. Do you drink lots of coffee and diet sodas? you may be over dosing ibuproffins like advil or motrin. check with your doctor. try to get enough sleep and make it steady sleep. follow a pattern.
