Dose a 2006 Honda Rubicon tail lights suppose stay on all the time when the key is on??

The tail light should have a dual element fixture.(1) tail/ running light and a secondary that comes on when brakes are applied.

NO-the tail light should only come on if you turn the lights on! Make sure its not the brake light on or you could have a problen keeping the battery up. The first post is right for motorcycles having the lights on with the key switch-but this is not a motorcycle-its a quad!

Yes...all bikes made in or imported to the USA are required to have both headlights and tail lights on whenever the ignition is on.
