This will happen only the odd time and when it does happen, Microsoft, will come onto your monitor and ask you to send an error report that will uploaded to their servers.
If it happen everytime you open IE, then you may have a virus and should run your antivirus program.

and then it will close the internet explorer browser right?
When you get that kind of message on IE or any other software program, it means that a file on that program is already corrupted or damaged preventing the program to function properly as it is supposed to.
One option you can have is to uninstall IE and reinstall it back so that teh damaged files will be replaced with new ones.

download another browser like Opera, Mozilla Firefox, Netscape.
