You can notify yahoo, but all they can do is cancel the account. So, create a new account and have some fun. Check out these guys. It's freaking hilarious! It's basically messing with the scam artists:

Your terrific reaction is DELETE. There are dozens of those scams occurring. There are no internet lotteries that in basic terms touch you all of a sudden and make it easier to recognize which you have won. that's a hyperlink to a typical lottery rip-off:

Nope, there's nothing there going to be able to do. The sender uses fake email addresses, and they change them regularly so they can't just block them. Report them to the police and FBI, however it's dobutful they'll be able to find anything so they know who the scammers are.
