It concerns me more that the Clintons are running immediately after the Bushses. This is a little bit scary because we don't really have different ideas and principles to try out. The fact that Hillary is a woman might be tremendously important, but there are so many individuals who are not White, Anglo Saxon and Protestant, that this is heavily mitigated. We are rapidly running into danger of two families monopolizing the top office in the land and that may not be a healthy trend. Are we going to have Jeb Bush next, followed by Amy? Are we going to have a whole Clinton Bush Dynasty? I know it's too early to speculate on this, but it would be far better not to enter into this potential mousetrap at all.

hi sweet sunshine, i believe the the " Clinton's " are running for the most elemental of all of humans wants, that of power. the want of power is the most intoxicating of all vices especially when once had. the vacancy of morality in these two politicians is apparent. the old adage goes something like this...believe nothing that you read and half of what you see....truer words have never been spoken when it come to any politician specialty this two.
as far as barack obama is concerned, you have to realize that all the candidates are running for vice president with the exception of the very few at the top. the one at the top have the connections and money and the necessary machinery to conduct a campaign for the presidency, those remaining are vice president hopefuls.
who you vote for is up to you, do your homework before you vote so you can be proud of your vote. it is the most important thing a citizen can do...besides keeping your housing a credit to the neighborhood.
take care, john

I think we all knew Hilary was going to run for President as soon as she bought real estate in New York and rean for the Senate. I think they are sincere in wanting to make this country better, and yes I believe they will beat Obama in the primary.

They are sincere I believe, but what exactly is their cause? I have not hear one word from Billary about the future of the U.S., babble of how much she thinks things suck now. The Clinons offer ABSOLUTELY NO direction for this country or its people. They care for nothing more than their own petty personal achievements (ie. Bill denouncing citizenship when called to serve in the military, Bill getting BJ's in the Oval Office, etc.) Yes, Hillary is tied to all of that and is of that same mentality.

No doubt the Clintons are powerful politicians who know how to get what they want. But, when Bill was president our country was on the right track. I honestly don't give a **** about his sex life. The Clinton years were like being on Cloud 9 compared to the current illegitimate regime occupying the White House.
Please, for the sake of democracy, vote Democrat in '08, no matter who wins the primaries!

I do not think Hillary will get elected as the first female president. I just hope a Democrat makes it to office at this point. I think Obama would be a better choice though because we need some young, fresh ideas in Washington.

There are many words that can be used to describe the Clintons. "Sincere" is NOT 1 of them. Both are sociopaths, with Hillary being worse than Bill.
It wouldn't surprise me at all that if Obama looks like he might win, he will suffer a fatal "accident". It wouldn't be the 1st time something bad has happened to someone who gets in their way.

First -- I feel the Clintons need to right the sexual and abuse wrongs they did during their first tenure before embarking upon a 2nd one.
As for Obama -- he is a Muslim who happens to color the facts to suit his purpose.
Actually all politicians do that
Are they sincere? I doubt it, they want power and have lost sight of what it means to work for an honest wage.

Hillary Clinton is running for President, because it'll always take a Clinton to clean up what a Bush screwed up.
