Hmm. I'm assuming you are not in a relationship with this person, so perhaps "declaring your love" for that person might be a little much to start out with. Asking the person out might be a better start.

Most people will say yes, but I think it depends a lot on the situation. For example, if you believe that you can "work your magic" and better your odds, it might be best to wait for a better moment. Usually, just coming out straight will only reduce your chance of seducing the object of your affection.

If you declare your love and it is returned, then you will get what you wanted. If you face rejection, you at least get closure and can move on with your life...no more asking "what if".

don't think negatively..stay positive.
you might not be rejected..
love may be returned to you.
take that chance...
everything we do in life..can be rejected..or not turn out as we wish...
but by not taking chances we never get to achieve...we never really get to live life.
declare your love...
