That old washed-up nobody is all over ESPN and I'm getting sick of it. Does anyone in Bristol actually have a life?

yes im so sick of roger clemens. i was so tired of the speculation, but now im tired of all the hype he brings. im so sick of the stunt that he pulls every year. he shoud either retire or choose a team to play for the entire year. he should have to go to spring training just like everyone else. hes part of a team and should not get special treatment.

Well, you could make a case that Roger Clemens is the greatest pitcher ever. Ever. And he's had the best earned-run average of anyone over the last three years. So he's hardly washed up. He and Nolan Ryan probably are the most effective pitchers over 40 in history, and Clemens has an edge.

Are the will-he-or-won't-he comeback stories a little melodramatic? Yes. Is the coverage of his minor league starts starting to sound like Sherman's march to the sea? Could be. But, he's the probably the Yankees' last hope for saving the season, and as such he is a pretty big story.

YES! YES! I'm very tired of hearing about it. I didn't like him before he moved to the Astros and got to like him there. Now that he is gone...I'm way over hearing about him. I didn't like parts comments regarding the Astro's either. Move on ESPN. There are many more athletes we'd love to hear more about.

Hell yeah I'm sick of hearing about the $1 million a week pitcher who doesn't have to travel for any road games and doesn't have to show up for any games that he isn't pitching in.

He is old. Half of the Yankees pitching staff is on the DL so he is a big deal.

I wish he would retire for good.
