Go to http://www.ibuypower.com build your own pc .
If u have much money, best processor is intel core 2 extreme 2.93 ghz. it can hit 3.6 - 4 ghz if cooled properly.
Get liquid cooling for ur pc
Asus motherboard with nforce sli chipset is the best
U can get upto 4-16 gb ram and 3072gb hard disk
panasonic blu ray writer is also availabe now but cost above 450$. So get a dual layer dvd writer 18X instead
Best graphic card upto date is Nvidia 8800 ultra 768mb
This all is very expensive so u shuld tell how much money u can spend on ur pc
Best company is Dell (i think)

If you have money and its for gaming then just get the alienwear computers. They are for high speed with graphics and sound and memory, everything you need for gaming and everything else. You can build one and it would be cheaper but if money is in concern then that's the bets bet.

You want to build a pc with little experience? I don't think that would be a good idea. Just go buy a Dell or HP. As for burning software, NERO is great.
