after 6 yrs 2gether, i've realized he's not THE ONE...how do i make him understand that i'm serious..i've been telling him i was unhappy for over a year, but he's not taking me serious. what should i do? i've already asked him to leave once - and he flay out said no!

well, is it your place? Do you own the place or if you're renting is it ONLY under your name? If so, go to your courthouse and file a 30-day notice. They have a library and the person working there can direct you to a book with example letters. After you figure out what you want your letter to say you have to bring it to one of the many counters (domestic counter-something like that?) and they will make copies of it and have a Sheriff deliver the notice to your fiance) from that point, he has 30 days to vacate the premises. If he doesn't, you can call the police and show them the 30-day notice and they will force him out.

I know wot u mean.. hate it when guys do that.. If you guys stay together i would suggest you move out and leave him there.. write him a note explaining why you had to leave eg you need some time alone to think things thru cos of late you feel crowded and can't catch your breath.. good luck

It took six years for you to realize that he's not the one? You are either a really slow learner or you are just really slow to make a decision. That's messed up. You've wasted this man's time. Just break it to him. How hard can it be, you've had 6 years to rehearse.

Tell him you don't want to be with him anymore. If he won't leave you alone don't pick up his calls or anything and if he's a weirdo psycho then place a restraining order on him.
