I don't like either name. They're too long and it's not obvious how they're pronounced. The child would be forever giving the spelling and pronunciation.

I don't like it for a boy or girl. It's certainly not a child's name.

No, sorry, not my cup of tea. While you might get away with the girl name, the boy name definitely not!

I like the girls name (very feminine and unique!), but I don't really like the boys name.

I agree that this is hard to pronounce. I am not sure how to sound it outloud. if you tweaked it to be more straight forward of a pronounciation (spelling). It is very unique! it would be hard for the child to go to school, because the teacher wouldn't ever know how to say it. and forget subsitutes. they would mutilate it!!

NO WAY! That is just cruel and unusual. Why not just call them supercallafragilisticexpielodocius? It's probably easier to pronounce and spell!

Just remember, your child will have to spell their name when they are four years old. Do you really want them to have troubles with their name when their peers are whizzing past him/her?
Food For Thought.

I like Genevive, but not the others - too long and hard to pronounce.
