Osama bin Laden has sparked an endless war, not Bush.
Unfortunately Bush has played into his hands and many more innocent Iraqi civilians are dead because of Bush, but it was because of Osama. Or maybe Saddam. I don't know, but Stalin was the worst.

Bush hands down
.I just came back to this question and didn't Bush give the order to blow up buildings and occupy two countries. Best of intentions or not Osama has destroyed just a few of our buildings and Hussain killed many of what he called infidels wrongly or not but we have killed loads since then and lost over 3,000 of our troops in the process, In fact we are still racking up numbers of both death and destruction every day. all Osama did was piss us off an Hussain was just a neurotic phyco It is just fact that we have and are continuing to do a much better job blowing things up and killing insurgent terrorist then they can do at blowing us up I don't understand this scum thing but I am right like it or not.
