Some people take one at night b/c they don't like to go to bed dirty. Some like to start their day out fresh. What if you like to do both? Is it necessary to take two showers? Wouldn't that dry out your skin? WHAT DO YOU PREFER AND WHY?

at night as make me feel relax, clean so sleep well...no shower cant sleep. I put body cream after shower...cant do it for morning shower as too much humidity
