As an American I am surprised how little I know about Canada. I consider myself to be an intelligent knowlegable person. So I wonder if Canadians feel the same way. Do they know there are 50 states? The names of the important Presidents? The names of most of the wars? Do they know the names of the 2 major political parties? The names of the major rights guaranteed to Americans by the Constitution?

i honestly know nothing about canada's history. i was never taught.
