I have a one year old son but I feel that Im not feeding him healthy food I try to give him some soup, fruit, eggs, and beans. But I dont think that healthy enough. Can you give me some advise?

I give my daughter the dole fruit cups, she loves them, and it helps her get her fruit. And there are those new snack crackers, i believe by gerber (at target) that are like cheezits but are veggies. so it sneaks in the veggies. I also like applesauce, apples are extremely good for everyone!
Dole has fruit juices taht are 100% juice, and are like a few servings of fruit.
I think these are all tasty ideas to sneak good stuff into our picky babies lives!!

Fruits and veggies are a good start. Look at the food pyramid to get more advice and the amount to feed.

That looks good. What about something like oatmeal with added flax seed for the omega 3's. You can also help develop tastes by sneaking small amounts of things in.
