I think most people are effected by what they wear.

Yes I am always me but which me am I? Me dressed for a meeting , me dressed for a night out or me dressed for exercise class? I know I feel differently with each outfit on. Exercise clothes are more comfortable but they do not make give me more confidence.

I think you can resist and all that good energy a new outfit and shoes have but why fight it! Let the positive energy of great looking clothes infuse your body and improve your thoughts and deeds!

Have fun!

I've been told that all my 49 years, but I've never found it to be true. I'm me, no matter what I have on.

Some people do seem affected by what they wear, especially when they use clothing to make themselves feel superior to someone else.

i think its the other way around. the way you think and act affects your style. if youre wealthy and popular, you'll probably buy Abercrombie and Fitch or AE or GAP.

if you're a loner who likes horror stuff, you might dress dark and grungey.

all depends though.

Maybe, I think if you dress gothic and stuff, you might start acting that way guess. Like every time I where long skirts and hip scarves, I like to shimmy, and do belly dance moves...

Absolutely. When I know I look great, I exude confidence. If I'm cleaning house and have to run to the store, I say a silent prayer that I don't run into anyone I know.

Yes, because people respond to you according to your dress. And since most communitcation is non-verbal, you will pick up on all their cues and that will affect your response to them. Thoughts, actions, and back to thoughts again.

Yes it does...if you feel good about what you have on you will be tend to be in a good mood and feel confident. If you wear some thing that you do not like or do not feel good in, you will be worried about it all day and you will have low self esteem.
