When ever you find a funny .dll or exe file which looks spspicious you run an online virus scan!!

Its probably a trojan or spyware generated file. so I would advice you to update your antivirus and antispyware and do a full or complete system scan. These files are also called script files which runs a small program and embeds itself in your registry.
