THIS IS WHERE I DONT GET IT, THE VIDEO CARD IS A 256 MB VIDEO GRAPHIC CARD NVIDIA GE FORECE 6800 SOMETHING 8 AGP ect... IF I INSTALL THE 512 MB RAM ON MY PC AND THAN INSTALL THE VIDEO CARD ,COULD THE 256 MB VIDEO CARD TAKE SOME OF THE MEMORY FROM THE 512 MB RAM AND MAKE IT LOWER..

Having a dedicated video card for graphics takes all the load off your system memory. If you get a 256 mb video card, you will have 256 mb of video ram. These are memory chips actually on the video card and used solely for video processing.
RAM is used for running the operating system, applications, programs, etc. The only time video would cut into your RAM is if you have shared video ram, meaning you have no dedicated video card and your processor assigns a portion of your RAM to be used for video.
