Most anime DVDs these days have both Japanese and English soundtracks. It's hard to find DVDs that were originally in Japanese WITHOUT the original soundtrack. I use DVD Pacific, because on the whole their prices for Anime DVDs are among the best:

For comparison's sake, here are prices on the Naruto box set #3 (regular edition, list price $49.98), at retailers mentioned by other folks in this thread:
DVD Pacific: $31.02
AnimeToxic: not available
Discount Anime DVD: $42.48
AnimeMax.net: not available

And here is the cost of Najica Blitz Tactics vol. 1 (list price $29.88):
DVD Pacific: $17.08
AnimeToxic: $22.48
Discount Anime DVD: $23.99
AnimeMax.net: not available

And the Read Or Die box set (list price $199.98):
DVD Pacific: $124.15
AnimeToxic: not available
Discount Anime DVD: $179.48
AnimeMax.net: $169.98

As you can see, the prices aren't all that close, for the three random titles I picked.

If you're looking for imports of series not otherwise available, where English dub hasn't yet been done, try Animeniacs:

www.discountanimedvd.com has a wonderful selection of import DVDs in Japanese with English subtitles for great prices. They're the only website I use and trust when it comes to my anime needs. I hope you give them a try. :)

Best way would be from the guy that has 487 of them and he's lost interest in them and now he's swapping them for a 1956 British umbrella and you have the 1956 British umbrella in the loft from your granny. (better still, this guy lives next door to you)
