Especially people who use their hands often, such as percussionists, or laborers.
How does one keep the ring on all the time without worrying about it coming off?

I take my rings off at home. I don't shower or cook or do housework with them on, so I don't wear them unless I'm going out. But, anytime I go somewhere, I have my rings on. My husband keeps his ring on all of the time, no matter where he is or what he's doing.

My father is a percussionist but also manages to wear his ring most of the time. He says that if your ring fits correctly, that it won't fall off. My mum and he got their rings fit so it would be right, and it hasn't fallen off since.

thank you for reminding me i need to put my engagement ring on!! I keep forgetting it. I take mine off when I shower, do dishes, and sleep, or if I think it's going to get really dirty or maybe scratched. After you wear a ring for a long time, it makes a slight indention in your finger and won't come off quite as easy. That's why older women like my grandmother couldn't take off her wedding ring if she wanted to. It's on her finger permanently.

I don't keep it on all the time, but I don't worry about it coming off because it fits well without being loose.

may dad doesn't wear a ring. he's a machinist. don't want to be missing any fingers.

I take mine off if I think it may get broken, like for Kung fu class..

Because they want to show their loved one they care... And that's not a good sign to take it off!

it shows their commitment, and if you have the right size ring....it won't come off.......

I wear my "wedding" ring (well...they ARE the rings we exchanged when we "married"...) in my penis.
