No. You need to be making New memories to replace the old ones that are hurting you. Get busy and stay active. Don't dwell on the past. Dwell on the Future. Decide to make it what You Want It To Be!! People say Live In The Present but what choice do we have? Do Not ruminate over broken toys. LIVE!!!! Stay Busy and Keep Breathing!!! Life Is All Around You!!! The One and Only Thing You Can Count On Is CHANGE!! @8-) it's ok
