Delete your old windows everything including updates and download new. If newer version it will already have the updates.

You use an english Windows CD, pop it in, choose to boot from CD in your BIOS, be careful, if you do this, you WILL lose all your things on the PC

Depends what version your using ? Is it a desktop or a notebook ? As most notebooks have a total recover mode. Fat32 ?? Partitions ?? etc. email me if you need help.
