Nothing is free & it never will be. You pay for everything in some way. Even watching the sun set may cost you the chance of seeing a rare bird or vice versa. People only tend to value that which is hard won or requires some sacrifice. One that doesn't know what it is to be sad can never be truely happy. One that can have anything they want, really never learns to value anything.

No, it's not possible. Because we will always exist in a world that has love (I hope), and love is never free. It always has a cost. But I believe that its a sacrifice worth making. For without love, how can we ever appreciate being free? Lack of love plays a terrible part in hurting people, in costing people their happiness.

That's my answer in the philosophical sense. In the material sense, my answer is also no. Because then where would economy be? How would society function? Because it isn't in human nature to be in harmony with all other people, to share and to willingly sacrifice one's own possessions for others. And if everything WAS free, it would be difficult to value the things that we must struggle to gain, like freedom or love. =)

i would love a world like this, but I just don't think that it is possible. Many people would just sit back and enjoy the free life. The only people that worked would be the people that enjoyed what they were doing and weren't just doing it for the money.
