is this a good idea?
scientists are creating an artificial womb. the idea being so gay men can have kids. a kidney is removed and the atificial womb in inplanted. then the doc put in and place an embro feltilised by either mans sperm inside. 9 months later after the normal course of events the bloke has a cesearian section at the birth.
oh and as an off shoot this could help streight couples have children where the womans life would be in danger if she got pregnant the dad could carry it in her place

No. Scientists try to see how the world works by conducting experiments. Often the goals they are striving towards are to help other human beings. This is surely a natural desire to help ones own kind, just as all other animals do.

ethical if profits are placed before people and not enough protections placed in or enough research or time given the answer is no .yes they are as they have replaced God and soon will be able to do what God can if what is said is true, but fortunately it is not possible for them to attract the material required to make a planet in outer space. i mean induce the material to come together to form one. it is good that planetforming by scientists is science fiction. if they could then they really would be God

well they have been playing g-d for years
if a child is born "intersexed" they will force it into one or the other sex
(often with very damaging surgery) before they can decide for themselves.No one seems to complain about that.

Thar's nothing wrong with making medical advances, but its what happens with those less than ethical doctors and clinic's that then use that knowledge that worries me.

Really, they can do that? 'Cause the male body is REALLY not designed to be carrying a fetus. I can't imagine that would be very healthy for the guy.

playing GOD? how do you play god. you could probably smite some sense into someone, but wouldn;t that mean we all are playing god . actually in reality we have no idea who exactly God is, last i checked he did not leave a phone number and does not have a myspace account ;)

I do not know, people are taking scientist to be witches and wizards.
Come to think of it, if there were no scientist, the world won't be very easy for us.
