keyboard and mouse match up??

my cousin has a dell E521 dimension pc, i wanted to get her a wireless keyboard and mouse. will this keyboard work for this pc????

Hi. Keyboards and mice use the same two connections: USB for some and PS/2 for others. Most PCs support both. So yes.
