CONGRATULATIONS! Hey, I'm at level 3 too! I thought I'd bake a cake for this party and make it with three layers, three kinds of filling, three pounds of frosting and 3 big candles for us to blow out! To celebrate we should dance to Three Dog Night's greatest hits and Knock Three Times on the Ceiling to invite our neighbors!!! :3
